Our Process
From Log to Finished Product
Every shipment follows the same controlled process, so quality is consistent no matter the species or the size of the order.
A controlled chain of custody, start to finish
From the moment a tree is selected in the concession to the moment a container leaves the yard, our team tracks and manages every step.
Forest Inventory & Selection
Our foresters survey the concession and mark mature trees for harvest by species, size and quality, respecting minimum diameter limits and buffer zones.
Selective Harvesting
Trees are felled using controlled techniques designed to minimize damage to surrounding forest and soil, in line with sustainable, low-impact logging practices.
Extraction & Transport
Logs are extracted from the concession and transported by truck to our log yard, where each log is measured, scaled and logged for traceability.
Log Yard & Grading
Logs are sorted by species, diameter and quality class, then queued for sawmilling or export as round logs.
Sawmilling
Logs are milled into planks, beams and dimension timber to standard or custom specifications, with cutting patterns chosen to maximize yield and quality.
Drying & Finishing
Sawn timber is air-dried or kiln-dried to the required moisture content, then dressed, moulded or profiled as needed.
Grading, Packing & Export
Finished product is graded, bundled and end-sealed, then loaded into containers with full export documentation prepared for shipment.
