How we manage your shipment
Every export order is handled end to end by our logistics team, from packing to final documentation.
- Bundling, strapping and end-sealing to protect timber in transit
- Container loading (20'/40') at our own yard, or break-bulk arrangement for larger volumes
- Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared per shipment
- Phytosanitary certification arranged ahead of loading
- Coordination with freight forwarders for sea freight from Paramaribo
1. Order confirmation
Species, grade, dimensions and Incoterms agreed and confirmed in writing.
2. Production & packing
Order is milled, dried and packed to specification and readied for loading.
3. Documentation
Export documents and phytosanitary certificate prepared and shared for review.
4. Loading & shipment
Container loaded on site or delivered to port, and freight booked with our forwarding partners.
